I WANT that layer cake. It has just the right additional fabrics to go with a Mill House Inn layer cake and additional MHI strips that came in a Moda Scrap Bag which I plan to use as the primary group for the Serenity Quilt Pattern by Cozy Quilt Designs that I won from SewCalGal.
I already picked up some more Rouenneries to enlarge a quilt I'm making from THAT fabric (mostly reds to brighten up THIS quilt) and I hop I have enough other scraps left from THAT quilt to add to the mix for THIS quilt. And, now, a chance to win a Rural Jardin layer cake. That, with the blues, will really make an outstanding cake (ummm, I mean quilt). Gee, I wonder why the fabrics all go so well together!
I do want you to know that if I win this or the table runner, I WILL NOT give them back to you for your auction. But I will come up with something that (I hope) is the equivalent for you to use.
