Both my boys helped me hold up my progress... (it was quite windy). :)
I get excited whenever I have something sewing related done these days... so I had to show y'all. :)
I plan to add more strips to the right of the bee blocks, and I'm contemplating a linen border.
While I was sewing, this is what Steiger did to himself (I swear; I had nothing to do with it). ;)
*nor did I have anything to do with his mis-matched Christmas jammies. ;)
Beautiful quilt and I love that I'm not the only one who sometimes has a child dressed in Christmas pjs in almost June!
ReplyDeleteOoh, Tracey! I am loving this! Steiger looks like he is taking his job very seriously.
ReplyDelete(And Luke wore his Spiderman costume and swim goggles to JoAnn's yesterday, so I can't judge the PJs!)
OK, I seriously LOVE this! I have never seen a sampler/differnt kinds/styles of blocks quilt that I like as much as this one. I mean, seriously, it's beatiful. Love Love LOVE! Scott let Creamie dress herself when he took her out to play yesterday.... I didn't even take a picture it was so awful. And her shorts were on backwards, and looked it. Awesome.

ReplyDeleteThat quilt is beautiful, it has a nice calm feel to it. However he got in there, it made me think I wish I had a cage when my daughter was that young :)

Your quilt is lovely, and I like that you let your son make his own choices as to jammies. Cage pic shows how happy he is. I have box and laundry basket pics.
